A good rapport between an Owner and Contractor is imperative. Not only in passing, but for the entire length of time the project is ongoing, and afterwards. We pride ourselves in keeping in touch with our Clients long after their project is complete and the warranty period is over… This extra level of care helps show why most of our business comes from referrals or past Clients. They don’t forget us and we certainly show them that we value our relationship with them.
